Golden Earring was a Dutch rock band founded in 1961 under name The Tornados. They reached the fame by their international hit song Radar Love in 1973. In 2021, the band declared an end after guitarist George Kooymans was diagnosed with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS).
