Madden 21 Mobile's menu music uses all of Kris Bowers' composed score except for Heartbreak Kids, as well as shortened instrumental versions of Jack Harlow's Automatic, Childish Major and Jace's Kick It, NEZ, Duckwrth & Saint Bodhi's Work and Big KRIT's Kickoff.
The Most Feared and Ultimate Freeze menu theme are the same as Madden NFL Mobile 20's Most Feared/Ultimate Freeze theme.
